Why work for us?

The Green School Trust is a small Church of England Multi-Academy Trust, which runs two schools - the well established Green School for Girls (1796) and the new Green School for Boys (2017).  This is an exciting time to join the Trust as it expands, creating opportunities for staff development and career progression across its schools.

We place high value on our staff and believe that each member has an important role to play in ensuring our schools provide the best possible educational experience for our students who are enthusiastic and keen to learn.  We encourage staff to develop their skills and talents through a comprehensive and structured Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) programme which focusses on developing us as professionals and leaders at all levels.

Through our CPL programme we are committed to:

  • Learning from each other
  • Evidence based practice
  • Applying learning to creative positive change
